Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring 7todos, Delighted, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the 7todos and Delighted integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between 7todos and Delighted (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect 7todos and Delighted
7todos + Delighted + Slack: When a task is completed in 7todos, send a customer satisfaction survey via Delighted and post the feedback summary to Slack. Because there is no trigger for task completion in 7todos, a new task creation can be used instead to simulate this action. The new response from Delighted is then summarized and posted in Slack.
Delighted + 7todos + Google Sheets: When a new response is received in Delighted, record the response and related 7todos task details in a Google Sheet for analysis.
