Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring 7todos, Kommo, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the 7todos and Kommo integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between 7todos and Kommo (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect 7todos and Kommo
7todos + Kommo + Slack: When a task is completed in 7todos (though a trigger is unavailable), this automation will monitor for new leads in Kommo. Upon the creation of a new lead, the sales team will receive a notification in Slack, prompting them to create a corresponding task in 7todos to follow up with the lead.
Kommo + 7todos + Google Calendar: When a new lead is created in Kommo, a task is created in 7todos, and a follow-up event is scheduled in Google Calendar to remind the sales team to contact the lead.
