Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring 7todos, TimeCamp, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the 7todos and TimeCamp integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between 7todos and TimeCamp (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect 7todos and TimeCamp

7todos + TimeCamp + Slack: When a task is completed in 7todos, the automation checks for a corresponding time entry in TimeCamp. If a time entry exists, a notification is sent to a Slack channel summarizing the task and the time tracked.

TimeCamp + 7todos + Google Calendar: When a new time entry is created in TimeCamp, a corresponding task is created in 7todos and scheduled as an event in Google Calendar.
