Depending on your setup, data should flow between Acapela Cloud and Google Forms (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Acapela Cloud and Google Forms
Google Forms + Acapela Cloud + Slack: When a new form is submitted in Google Forms, Acapela Cloud generates an audio file from the response. A message is then sent to a Slack channel notifying of the new form submission and potentially including a link to the generated audio file (if the upload action was used).
Google Forms + Acapela Cloud + Google Sheets: When a new form is submitted in Google Forms, the data is saved into a Google Sheet. Then, Acapela Cloud generates an audio file from the form data. Finally, a new row is added into Google Sheets, and the audio filename (or URL if you have uploaded it) is stored along with the rest of the form data.
