Most powerful ways to connect Acapela Cloud and Shippo
Shopify + Shippo + Acapela Cloud: When a new order is paid in Shopify, Shippo is used to create the order and generate a shipping label. Then, Acapela Cloud generates an audio file with shipping information which can be used in other scenarios (e.g., voice message).
Shippo + Acapela Cloud + ClickSend: When a new shipping label is created in Shippo, if a problem arises, Acapela Cloud generates an audio file containing a notification message. ClickSend then sends an SMS message to the customer, incorporating the audio file for a more engaging notification.
