After configuring ActiveCampaign, Box, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the ActiveCampaign and Box integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between ActiveCampaign and Box (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect ActiveCampaign and Box
ActiveCampaign + Box + Slack: When a contact reaches a specific score (simulated by a tag being added) in ActiveCampaign, find their associated document in Box using their email, and share it in a dedicated Slack channel.
Box + ActiveCampaign + Google Sheets: When a file is updated in Box, find the contact in ActiveCampaign using the file name (assuming the file name contains contact info like email). Update the contact details in ActiveCampaign and log the event with file details and contact information in Google Sheets.
