Depending on your setup, data should flow between ActiveCampaign and Pinecone (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect ActiveCampaign and Pinecone

ActiveCampaign + Pinecone + OpenAI ChatGPT: When a contact opens a campaign email in ActiveCampaign, their information is sent to Pinecone to find similar contacts. This data enhances the prompt sent to ChatGPT to generate personalized content for a follow-up email.

ActiveCampaign + Pinecone + Salesforce: When a contact clicks a link in an ActiveCampaign campaign, their interaction data is used to update their vector in Pinecone. The updated vector prompts Salesforce to update the corresponding lead's score based on campaign engagement.
