Depending on your setup, data should flow between ActiveCampaign and Scoro (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect ActiveCampaign and Scoro
Scoro + ActiveCampaign + Slack: When a deal reaches the 'Closed' status in Scoro, the automation retrieves contact information from ActiveCampaign. A congratulatory message is then sent to the sales team in Slack, including the relevant contact details.
Scoro + ActiveCampaign + Google Sheets: When a new project is created in Scoro, the automation retrieves the associated client's details from ActiveCampaign using the contact's email. The client's name and project details are then added as a new row in a Google Sheet for reporting and tracking.
