Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring ActiveCampaign, Strava, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the ActiveCampaign and Strava integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between ActiveCampaign and Strava (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect ActiveCampaign and Strava
ActiveCampaign + Strava + Google Sheets: When a contact clicks a link in an ActiveCampaign email (e.g., promoting a fitness challenge), this triggers a search for the contact's Strava activity. Then, the athlete's activity stats are retrieved from Strava and a row with contact info, email campaign and athlete stats is added to a Google Sheet for tracking campaign success.
ActiveCampaign + Typeform + Google Sheets: When a contact is added to a specific list in ActiveCampaign, they will be sent a Typeform survey. When a new survey submission is received in Typeform, a new row will be added to Google Sheets with the ActiveCampaign Contact ID and survey results.
