After configuring ActiveCampaign, Wachete, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the ActiveCampaign and Wachete integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between ActiveCampaign and Wachete (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect ActiveCampaign and Wachete
Wachete + ActiveCampaign + Slack: When Wachete detects a change on a website, this automation finds the corresponding contact in ActiveCampaign and adds a note about the change. Finally, a Slack message is sent to the sales team to notify them.
Wachete + ActiveCampaign + Discord bot: This automation monitors competitor pricing using Wachete. When a price change is detected, it finds the relevant contact in ActiveCampaign and updates their record with the new pricing information. A Discord bot then sends an alert to a designated channel.
