Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring ActiveCampaign, Webhook, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the ActiveCampaign and Webhook integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between ActiveCampaign and Webhook (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect ActiveCampaign and Webhook

ActiveCampaign + Webhook + Slack: When a new contact is added to ActiveCampaign, their information is sent to a specified webhook. Upon successful webhook execution, a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel to alert the sales team about the new lead.

Webhook + ActiveCampaign + Google Sheets: When data is received via a webhook, it creates or updates a contact in ActiveCampaign. Simultaneously, the same data is used to log the contact's information in a Google Sheets spreadsheet.
