Most powerful ways to connect Acuity Scheduling and Businessmap
Acuity Scheduling + Businessmap + Slack: When a new appointment is scheduled in Acuity Scheduling, a new card is created in Businessmap to track the tasks. A message is then sent to a designated Slack channel to notify the team about the new appointment and the created card.
Businessmap + Acuity Scheduling + Google Calendar: When a card is updated in Businessmap (e.g., task completed), it triggers the addition of blocked-off time in Acuity Scheduling to prevent scheduling conflicts and creates an event in Google Calendar to reflect this unavailability.
