Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Acuity Scheduling and Canny integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Acuity Scheduling and Canny (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Acuity Scheduling and Canny

Acuity Scheduling + Canny + Slack: When a new appointment is booked, the flow checks if the appointment type is a specific 'popular' type. If the number of these appointments reaches a predefined threshold, a feature request is created in Canny and a Slack notification is sent to the team.

Canny + Acuity Scheduling + Gmail: When a feature request in Canny receives a new vote that pushes it over a specific threshold, the automation schedules an appointment in Acuity Scheduling for a user interview. Then, a confirmation email is sent to the user via Gmail.
