Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Acuity Scheduling and Toggl Track integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Acuity Scheduling and Toggl Track (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Acuity Scheduling and Toggl Track
Acuity Scheduling + Toggl Track + Google Calendar: When a new appointment is booked in Acuity Scheduling, a time entry is automatically started in Toggl Track. When the appointment starts (or after a set duration), the time entry is stopped and a corresponding event is created in Google Calendar.
Acuity Scheduling + Toggl Track + QuickBooks: When a new appointment is created in Acuity Scheduling, the details are used to find or create a corresponding client in Toggl Track. Time tracked against that client in Toggl Track can then be used to create invoices in QuickBooks.
