In the workspace, click the βCreate New Scenarioβ button.

Add the first node β a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Adalo, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Adalo or Coda will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Adalo or Coda, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Select the Adalo node from the app selection panel on the right.

After configuring Adalo, Coda, and any additional nodes, donβt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the Adalo and Coda integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Adalo and Coda (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Adalo + Coda + Airtable: When a new user is created in Adalo, their data is added to a Coda table for analysis. Then, Airtable is updated with the new user's information for CRM purposes.
Adalo + Coda + Slack: When data is updated in an Adalo app, the corresponding row in Coda is updated. A Slack message is then sent to notify the team about the data update.
