Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Adalo, Discourse, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Adalo and Discourse integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Adalo and Discourse (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Adalo and Discourse

Adalo + Memberstack + Discourse: When a new user signs up in Adalo, they are automatically created as a member in Memberstack to grant access, and a welcome post is created for them in the Discourse forum.

Discourse + Adalo + Sendgrid: When a new topic is created in Discourse about app features, a feature request record is created in Adalo to track it, and an email notification is sent via Sendgrid to a designated team.
