Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Adalo, Docparser, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Adalo and Docparser integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Adalo and Docparser (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Adalo and Docparser
Docparser + Google Sheets + Adalo: When Docparser parses data from invoices or receipts, the extracted information is automatically added as a new row in a Google Sheet for expense tracking. Afterwards a record is created in Adalo to reflect the new expense.
Docparser + Adalo + Airtable: When Docparser parses data from a document, it updates a record in Adalo. Then the same parsed data is used to create a new record in Airtable for inventory tracking purposes.
