Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Adalo, Jibble, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Adalo and Jibble integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Adalo and Jibble (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Adalo and Jibble

Jibble + Adalo + Google Sheets: When an employee clocks in or out using Jibble within a specified Adalo project, the details, including employee name, project, and time, are automatically added as a new row in Google Sheets. This facilitates payroll processing and project time tracking.

Jibble + Adalo + Slack: When an employee clocks into Jibble and is associated with a specific Adalo project, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel. This alert notifies managers of the employee's start time and the project they are working on, facilitating real-time project monitoring.
