Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring AI Agent, Avaza, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the AI Agent and Avaza integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between AI Agent and Avaza (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect AI Agent and Avaza
Avaza + AI Agent + Google Sheets: When a new event occurs in Avaza, such as new feedback being logged, the AI Agent summarizes the feedback. This summary is then added as a new row in a Google Sheet for performance tracking.
Avaza + AI Agent + Slack: When a project in Avaza nears its deadline (indicated by a new event), an AI Agent crafts a progress update. This update is then sent to a specified Slack channel to keep clients informed.
