Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring AI Agent, LiveChat, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the AI Agent and LiveChat integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between AI Agent and LiveChat (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect AI Agent and LiveChat
LiveChat + AI Agent + Slack: When a LiveChat chat is deactivated, an AI Agent summarizes the conversation. This summary is then sent to a designated Slack channel for team review and follow-up.
LiveChat + AI Agent + Zendesk: When a new chat is initiated in LiveChat, an AI Agent classifies the support request based on the chat content. A Zendesk ticket is then created, pre-populated with the classification and chat details, to streamline support workflows.
