Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the AI Agent and Vapi integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between AI Agent and Vapi (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect AI Agent and Vapi
Vapi + AI Agent + Google Sheets: When a new call is received via Vapi, the call is processed by the AI Agent for summarization and data extraction. This extracted data is then added as a new row to a Google Sheet for analysis.
Vapi + AI Agent + Slack: When a new call is received via Vapi, the AI Agent transcribes the voicemail and determines its sentiment. If the sentiment is negative, an alert is sent to a designated Slack channel.
