Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring AI Agent, Wrike, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the AI Agent and Wrike integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between AI Agent and Wrike (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect AI Agent and Wrike
Wrike + AI Agent + Slack: When a new task is created in Wrike, the AI Agent summarizes the task details. This summary is then posted to a dedicated Slack channel for easy monitoring.
Wrike + AI Agent + Google Docs: Upon creation of a new task in Wrike, the AI Agent generates a meeting agenda based on the task details. The agenda is then saved as a new document in Google Docs for collaborative editing.
