Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring AI GPT Router, Google AppSheet, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the AI GPT Router and Google AppSheet integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between AI GPT Router and Google AppSheet (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect AI GPT Router and Google AppSheet

Google AppSheet + AI GPT Router + Slack: When a record is updated in Google AppSheet, AI GPT Router summarizes the changes. Then, Slack sends a digest of these changes to a specified channel.

Google AppSheet + AI GPT Router + Google Docs: When a record is added or updated in Google AppSheet, the data is sent to AI GPT Router to generate personalized content. This content is then used to create or update a document in Google Docs.
