How to connect AI GPT Router and Microsoft Excel
Create a New Scenario to Connect AI GPT Router and Microsoft Excel
In the workspace, click the “Create New Scenario” button.

Add the First Step
Add the first node – a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a AI GPT Router, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, AI GPT Router or Microsoft Excel will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find AI GPT Router or Microsoft Excel, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Add the AI GPT Router Node
Select the AI GPT Router node from the app selection panel on the right.

Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the AI GPT Router and Microsoft Excel integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between AI GPT Router and Microsoft Excel (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect AI GPT Router and Microsoft Excel
Microsoft Excel + AI GPT Router + Slack: When a new row is added to a specific Excel table containing customer feedback, the AI GPT Router analyzes the feedback and determines the relevant team. A Slack message is then sent to a specific channel, notifying the designated team with the feedback.
Microsoft Excel + AI GPT Router + Google Sheets: When data is added to a Microsoft Excel worksheet, the AI GPT Router analyzes the Excel data using an LLM. The AI then outputs insights to a summary added to a Google Sheet.
