How to connect AI GPT Router and Notion
Create a New Scenario to Connect AI GPT Router and Notion
In the workspace, click the “Create New Scenario” button.

Add the First Step
Add the first node – a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a AI GPT Router, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, AI GPT Router or Notion will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find AI GPT Router or Notion, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Add the AI GPT Router Node
Select the AI GPT Router node from the app selection panel on the right.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring AI GPT Router, Notion, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the AI GPT Router and Notion integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between AI GPT Router and Notion (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect AI GPT Router and Notion
Notion + AI GPT Router + Slack: This automation watches for updated pages in a Notion database. When a page is updated, the content is sent to an AI model for summarization. The summarized key takeaways are then posted to a designated Slack channel.
Notion + AI GPT Router + Google Calendar: This automation monitors a Notion database for updated pages. The page content, potentially containing project deadlines, is sent to an AI model. The AI suggests optimal meeting times, and a new event is then created in Google Calendar.
