Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring AI GPT Router, Ortto, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the AI GPT Router and Ortto integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between AI GPT Router and Ortto (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect AI GPT Router and Ortto
Ortto + AI GPT Router + Google Sheets: When a new activity event is triggered in Ortto, the AI GPT Router analyzes customer feedback using an LLM model, and then the insights are logged in Google Sheets by adding a new row.
Ortto + AI GPT Router + Slack: When a person is tagged in Ortto, AI GPT Router drafts a re-engagement message using an LLM model. The drafted message is then sent to a Slack channel for sales team review via a public channel message.
