Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring AI GPT Router, RingCentral, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the AI GPT Router and RingCentral integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between AI GPT Router and RingCentral (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect AI GPT Router and RingCentral

RingCentral + AI GPT Router + Google Sheets: When a new call recording is available in RingCentral, the automation extracts the transcript and sends it to AI GPT Router for summarization. The summary, along with key data points (e.g., call duration, caller ID), are then logged into a Google Sheet for analysis.

RingCentral + AI GPT Router + Salesforce: When a new call recording is available in RingCentral, the automation extracts the transcript and sends it to AI GPT Router for sentiment analysis and detail extraction. The extracted information is used to update lead information in Salesforce.
