How to connect AI GPT Router and Sinch
Create a New Scenario to Connect AI GPT Router and Sinch
In the workspace, click the “Create New Scenario” button.

Add the First Step
Add the first node – a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a AI GPT Router, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, AI GPT Router or Sinch will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find AI GPT Router or Sinch, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Add the AI GPT Router Node
Select the AI GPT Router node from the app selection panel on the right.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring AI GPT Router, Sinch, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the AI GPT Router and Sinch integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between AI GPT Router and Sinch (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect AI GPT Router and Sinch
Sinch + AI GPT Router + Google Sheets: When a new SMS is received in Sinch, the AI GPT Router analyzes the message to determine the inquiry's department. The SMS content and determined department are then logged in a Google Sheet.
Sinch + AI GPT Router + Zendesk: A new SMS in Sinch triggers an AI GPT Router analysis to triage the support request. If the AI determines the issue is complex, a new ticket is created in Zendesk, including the SMS content and AI analysis.
