Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the AI: Minimax and Scoro integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between AI: Minimax and Scoro (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect AI: Minimax and Scoro
Minimax + Scoro + Slack: When new or updated client feedback is available in Minimax through a Send Message action, the content is sent to Scoro to Update Time Entry and update the relevant project. A notification with the summary is then sent to a designated Slack channel to inform the project team.
Scoro + Minimax + Google Sheets: When a project is created, updated, or deleted in Scoro, project data is sent to Minimax using the Send Message action for analysis. The findings are logged in a Google Sheets spreadsheet using the Add Single Row action to track project inefficiencies.
