Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring AI: Mistral, PagerDuty, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the AI: Mistral and PagerDuty integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between AI: Mistral and PagerDuty (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect AI: Mistral and PagerDuty
AI: Mistral + PagerDuty + Slack: When Mistral detects a critical system error, a new incident is triggered in PagerDuty. PagerDuty then alerts the on-call user, and details of the error are posted to a dedicated Slack channel.
PagerDuty + AI: Mistral + Microsoft Teams: When a new incident is created or updated in PagerDuty, Mistral analyzes relevant log data. The findings, including the likely root cause, are then posted in a Microsoft Teams channel.
