Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Airparser, Businessmap, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Airparser and Businessmap integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Airparser and Businessmap (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Airparser and Businessmap
Airparser + Businessmap + Slack: When a new document is uploaded to Airparser, extract the invoice data and automatically update the corresponding project card's budget in Businessmap. If the budget exceeds a predefined limit, send a notification to a designated Slack channel.
Businessmap + Airparser + Google Sheets: When a card event occurs in Businessmap (e.g., card moved to 'Completed'), use Airparser to extract data from an associated report. Then, save the extracted and parsed data into a Google Sheet for further analysis and tracking of project progress.
