Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Airparser, Caspio, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Airparser and Caspio integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Airparser and Caspio (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Airparser and Caspio

Airparser + Caspio + Slack: When Airparser extracts a document matching specific criteria, the matching record in Caspio is updated. A Slack message is then sent to notify a channel about the update.

Caspio + Airparser + Google Sheets: When a Caspio table record is created, Airparser extracts information from a specified document. The extracted data is then added as a new row in Google Sheets.
