Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Airparser, Cloudinary, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Airparser and Cloudinary integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Airparser and Cloudinary (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Airparser and Cloudinary

Airparser + Cloudinary + Google Drive: When a new document is uploaded to Airparser, its data is extracted. An image resource related to this document is then uploaded to Cloudinary and transformed (optimized). Finally, both the parsed document data and the optimized image are uploaded to designated folders within Google Drive.

Cloudinary + Airparser + Airtable: When a new image is uploaded to Cloudinary, Airparser retrieves the associated data for that image (assuming the image filename contains a document ID parsable by Airparser). This parsed data is then used to update or create records in an Airtable base, effectively tagging and categorizing the image based on the document data.
