Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Airparser, Lark, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Airparser and Lark integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Airparser and Lark (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Airparser and Lark
Airparser + Lark + Google Sheets: When a new document is uploaded to Airparser, extract the data. Then send a notification with the extracted data to a Lark group chat and store the complete, parsed data in a Google Sheet.
Lark + Airparser + Airtable: When a new message is received in a Lark group chat, use Airparser to analyze the sentiment of the message and then save the message content and sentiment analysis results in Airtable for tracking and analysis.
