Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Airparser, pdfFiller, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Airparser and pdfFiller integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Airparser and pdfFiller (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Airparser and pdfFiller

Airparser + pdfFiller + Google Drive: When a new document is uploaded to Airparser, the data is extracted and used to populate a fillable PDF template in pdfFiller. The resulting filled PDF is then stored in a specified folder in Google Drive.

pdfFiller + Airparser + Airtable: When a new filled form is available in pdfFiller, the key details are extracted using Airparser, and a new record is created or updated in Airtable with this information.
