Most powerful ways to connect Airtable and Delighted

Delighted + Slack + Airtable: When a new negative response is received in Delighted, a Slack message is sent to a designated channel to alert the team. The response details are also logged in Airtable for further analysis.

Delighted + Airtable + Google Sheets: New survey responses in Delighted are automatically added to an Airtable base. A summary of the Airtable data is then created in Google Sheets, providing an easily digestible overview of survey results.
