Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Airtable, Memberstack, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Airtable and Memberstack integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Airtable and Memberstack (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Airtable and Memberstack

Memberstack + Airtable + Slack: When a new member joins Memberstack, their information is added to a specified Airtable base. Subsequently, a welcome message is sent to the new member via a dedicated Slack channel.

Memberstack + Airtable + Mailchimp: When a new member joins Memberstack, their information is added to an Airtable base. This new record in Airtable then triggers the addition of the member to a specific Mailchimp audience, kicking off a welcome email sequence.
