Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring AITable, Amazon SES, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the AITable and Amazon SES integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between AITable and Amazon SES (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect AITable and Amazon SES
AITable + Amazon SES + Slack: When a new record is created in AITable, a personalized email is sent via Amazon SES. Subsequently, a notification with the record details is posted to a specified Slack channel.
Amazon SES + AITable + Google Sheets: When a new verified identity occurs in Amazon SES (simulating a bounce), it triggers the creation of a new record in AITable. This new record information is then added as a new row in a Google Sheets spreadsheet for analysis.
