Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the AITable and Brilliant Directories integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between AITable and Brilliant Directories (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect AITable and Brilliant Directories
AITable + Brilliant Directories + Slack: When a new directory listing (post) is created in Brilliant Directories, a record is created in AITable to track the listing. Then, a message is sent to a dedicated Slack channel to announce the new listing.
Brilliant Directories + AITable + Google Sheets: When a new user signs up in Brilliant Directories, their information is saved as a record in AITable. The same information is then added as a new row in a Google Sheet for reporting and tracking.
