Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the AITable and Businessmap integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between AITable and Businessmap (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect AITable and Businessmap

AITable + Businessmap + Slack: When a new record is created in AITable, a corresponding task is created in Businessmap. A notification is then sent to a designated Slack channel to alert the team about the new task.

Businessmap + AITable + Google Sheets: When a card is updated in Businessmap (specifically when it is completed), this triggers an update to a summary report in AITable and a corresponding update to a Google Sheet.
