Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring AITable, Captions, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the AITable and Captions integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between AITable and Captions (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect AITable and Captions

AITable + Captions + Slack: When a new record is created in AITable, a video caption is generated using Captions, and the generated caption is then sent to a Slack channel.

Captions + AITable + Google Sheets: Check the status of video generation requests in Captions. When the status is updated, log the status in AITable. Summarize the AITable data by updating rows in Google Sheets.
