Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring AITable, Chatwork, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the AITable and Chatwork integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between AITable and Chatwork (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect AITable and Chatwork
AITable + Google Sheets + Chatwork: When a new record is created in AITable, the data is added as a new row in Google Sheets. A message is then sent via Chatwork to notify the team of the update.
Chatwork + AITable + Jira: When a new message is posted in a Chatwork room, the automation searches the message for keywords indicating a project issue. If found, a new record is created in AITable, and then a new Jira issue is created.
