Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring AITable, Facebook, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the AITable and Facebook integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between AITable and Facebook (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect AITable and Facebook
AITable + Facebook + Slack: When a new record is added to AITable, a post is created on Facebook, and a notification is sent to a specified Slack channel.
Facebook + AITable + Google Sheets: When a new lead is generated on Facebook, the lead information is captured in AITable. The data from AITable is then summarized and added to a Google Sheet for reporting purposes.
