Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring AITable, Google Cloud Pub\Sub, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the AITable and Google Cloud Pub\Sub integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between AITable and Google Cloud Pub\Sub (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect AITable and Google Cloud Pub\Sub

AITable + Google Cloud Pub\Sub + Slack: When a new record is created in AITable, a message is published to a Google Cloud Pub/Sub topic. This message then triggers a notification to be sent to a specified Slack channel.

Google Cloud Pub\Sub + AITable + Google Sheets: When a message is received by a Google Cloud Pub/Sub subscription, a new record is created in AITable. Subsequently, this new record data is added as a new row to a Google Sheet for auditing purposes.
