Depending on your setup, data should flow between AITable and Google Dialogflow ES (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect AITable and Google Dialogflow ES

Google Dialogflow ES + AITable + Slack: When a user interacts with the Google Dialogflow ES chatbot, the intent and user input are captured. This information is then logged as a new record in AITable. Finally, a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel to alert the support team about the new customer support request.

Google Dialogflow ES + AITable + Google Sheets: The chatbot conversation data from Google Dialogflow ES is stored in AITable as new records. Then, on a weekly basis (using an external scheduler, as no timing trigger is available), the data from AITable is retrieved and summarized into weekly reports in Google Sheets to improve the chatbot responses. The specific weekly summary requires a script in Google Sheets or a custom Javascript code block.
