Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring AITable, Google Forms, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the AITable and Google Forms integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between AITable and Google Forms (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect AITable and Google Forms
Google Forms + AITable + Slack: When a new form is submitted in Google Forms, the data is used to create a new record in AITable. A summary of the submission is then sent to a specified Slack channel.
Google Forms + AITable + Google Sheets: Upon submission of a Google Form, the response data is saved as a new record in AITable. The AITable record is then used to add a new row to a Google Sheet, compiling a summary report.
