Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring AITable, Jira, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the AITable and Jira integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between AITable and Jira (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect AITable and Jira

AITable + Jira + Slack: When a new record is created in AITable, a corresponding issue is created in Jira for bug tracking. A Slack message is then sent to a designated channel to notify the team about the new Jira issue.

Jira + AITable + Google Sheets: When a new issue is created in Jira, a record is created in AITable to track it. The AITable data is then summarized and added as a new row in Google Sheets for reporting.
