In the workspace, click the βCreate New Scenarioβ button.

Add the first node β a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a AITable, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, AITable or LinkedIn will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find AITable or LinkedIn, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Select the AITable node from the app selection panel on the right.

After configuring AITable, LinkedIn, and any additional nodes, donβt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the AITable and LinkedIn integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between AITable and LinkedIn (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
LinkedIn + AITable + Slack: When a new connection is established on LinkedIn, their profile data is retrieved and used to update a corresponding record in AITable. Subsequently, a message is posted in a designated Slack channel to announce the new connection.
LinkedIn + AITable + Gmail: Upon establishing a new connection on LinkedIn, the system retrieves their profile information. This data is then used to find or create a corresponding record in AITable. Finally, a personalized welcome email is sent to the new connection via Gmail, drawing data from their LinkedIn profile and the AITable record.
