After configuring AITable, Mailjet, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the AITable and Mailjet integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between AITable and Mailjet (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect AITable and Mailjet
AITable + Mailjet + Slack: When a new record is created in AITable, a personalized welcome email is sent via Mailjet to the new contact. Simultaneously, a notification is sent to a Slack channel to alert the team about the new AITable entry.
Mailjet + AITable + Google Sheets: When a new email event occurs in Mailjet (e.g., email sent, opened, or clicked), the event data is recorded in AITable. Subsequently, this data from AITable is exported to Google Sheets for detailed campaign analysis.
