Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring AITable, OpenAI Vision, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the AITable and OpenAI Vision integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between AITable and OpenAI Vision (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect AITable and OpenAI Vision

AITable + OpenAI Vision + Slack: When a new record is added to AITable containing an image, OpenAI Vision analyzes the image and sends the analysis results to a designated Slack channel for team review.

AITable + OpenAI Vision + Google Sheets: When a new record with an image is created in AITable, OpenAI Vision analyzes the image. The analysis results are then stored back in AITable, and a summary is added to Google Sheets for reporting purposes.
